Qorivel is operated by 코리벨(Qorivel), a sole proprietorship based in the Republic of Korea. You can reach us at qorivel@gmail.com.
02The Service
Qorivel is a private weekly reflection coach. You record short daily check-ins, and the Service generates an AI-assisted weekly report with suggested small next actions, subject to the limits of your plan. The Service is a self-reflection tool. It is not therapy, medical care, mental-health treatment, or professional advice of any kind, and it is not a substitute for any of these.
03Accounts
- You sign in with a supported single sign-on provider (e.g. Google). You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
- Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
04Plans, orders, and billing
- The Service offers a Free plan and a paid Pro subscription. Current prices, billing periods, and plan limits are shown on our pricing page and at checkout before you pay.
- Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: it renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms, and applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout.
- We never see or store your full payment card details.
05Cancellation
You can cancel the renewal of your Pro subscription at any time in Settings → Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep Pro access until that date, and your account then moves to the Free plan. No retention hurdles — cancelling takes the same few taps as subscribing.
06Refunds
Refunds are handled by Paddle as our Merchant of Record, on the terms set out in our Refund Policy. Cancelling stops future renewals; on its own it does not refund the period you have already paid for, and we do not offer prorated refunds through the app. To request a refund, email us at qorivel@gmail.com or use your Paddle receipt link — the Refund Policy sets out the current time limits and process. We always refund duplicate charges, verifiable billing errors, and any amount where a refund is required by applicable law.
07Your content
- You own the check-ins, notes, and other content you write in the Service ("Your Content").
- You grant us a limited license to host and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you — including securely sending relevant check-in content to our AI provider, server-side, to generate your reports.
- Your Content is private by default. We do not publish it, and we do not place your reflection text in analytics or marketing systems. See our Privacy Policy.
08Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse, probe, or disrupt the Service; attempt to access another person's data; reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law; use the Service for unlawful purposes; or resell the Service without our written consent.
09AI-generated content
Weekly reports and action candidates are generated by AI based on your check-ins. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. It reflects patterns in what you wrote — it is not a diagnosis, prediction, or professional recommendation. Use your own judgment before acting on it.
10Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by 코리벨(Qorivel) or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to it other than the right to use the Service as intended.
11Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12Termination
You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. 10–11, 13–14) survive termination.
13Changes
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice (e.g. in-product or by email). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
14Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your place of residence remain unaffected. Purchases processed by Paddle are additionally governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
